Box & Strength is a dynamic and challenging workout that combines classic boxing techniques with strength and HIIT exercises. The class is designed to improve your endurance, speed and strength through punching the heavy punching bag, pad work and high-intensity strength training.

BodyFit is strength training where you are challenged and increase your strength and get a more toned body. You train all the body's major muscle groups with both barbells and loose weight plates, where you choose the weight you want to train with. There is no choreography in the class. Everyone, regardless of level, can participate in the class.
A class where the focus is on the fundamental "big" lifts and where you can build good raw strength in the body.
This class will primarily use barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells.

In Functional Cross you train at the intersection of different strength and endurance disciplines, with functional performance in the foreground. You will experience a challenging, fun and varied workout that can develop your athletic abilities and, among other things, involves kettlebells, prowlers, challenge bags, etc. Everyone can participate in the team.
HOT Fit Yoga is a fantastic fusion of fitness and yoga. You will encounter classic yoga poses linked together in smaller flows. We add small dumbbells in parts of the class and get your heart rate up. HOT Fit Yoga is about strengthening your body and increasing your heart rate, while moving through the class in a flow.
MomFit is for those of you who want to get back in shape after giving birth. Here we train the whole body with special focus on the stomach, back and not least the pelvic floor. Everyone can join and your baby is also very welcome in the team.
Pilates is for those who want to train their entire body, and work all the way around both the large and small muscle groups. The entire body is trained, with a focus on the core of the body, which is the deep back and abdominal muscles - with the goal of creating increased strength, flexibility and mobility. Pilates is for those who want a beautiful posture, increased body awareness and a strong, well-functioning and flexible body!
Power Burn is an effective and challenging strength and conditioning workout, performed at a pace that everyone can participate in. The class is built around simple circuit training, where you go through three blocks with four varying exercises in each block. We train with both your own body weight and using different equipment, such as dumbbells, kettlebells and TRX.
In Stram op, the focus is on muscle endurance and strength training of the whole body. The class can vary in terms of exercises and equipment, e.g. dumbbells, elastic bands, body weight, step bench, etc. The instructor guides and instructs throughout the class, so everyone can join in. The class is for those who want a toned and strong body.
